Regional Center for Innovation and Commercialization  

The State of Texas was divided into seven geographic regions, each designated as a Regional Center for Innovation and Commercialization (RCIC) for administration of the initial process of the fund. Additionally the Texas Life Science CIC was designated to focus exclusively on applications in life sciences and biotechnology.

The seven Regional CICs are:
